Fabsector provides end-to-end sheet metal fabrication including laser cutting, CNC punching, bending, forming, welding, and hardware insertion. We handle everything from simple flat-pattern brackets to complex multi-bend enclosures and chassis.
Our team reviews every design for bend radius feasibility, material springback, and hardware clearances before production. This DFM step catches issues early and keeps your project on schedule.
Materials & Gauges
We work with Aluminum 5052 and 6061, Stainless Steel 304 and 316, Mild Steel, Galvanized Steel, Copper, and Brass in gauges ranging from 0.020" to 0.250". Custom material sourcing is available for specialty projects.
Processes
Our sheet metal capabilities include laser cutting, CNC bending and forming, TIG and MIG welding, spot welding, riveting, PEM hardware insertion, and deburring. We can produce single prototypes or recurring production batches.
Finishing Options
Available finishes include powder coating in custom colors, anodizing, brushed finish, bead blasting, zinc plating, chromate conversion, silk screening, and custom paint. We coordinate finishing in-house or with trusted partners depending on volume and specification.
Applications
Our sheet metal parts are used in server enclosures, medical device housings, consumer electronics chassis, industrial control panels, EV battery enclosures, robotics frames, and more. We serve customers across hardware startups, contract manufacturers, and Fortune 500 OEMs.
