What We Offer

Fabsector manufactures custom screws, bolts, standoffs, pins, and specialty fasteners to your exact drawing. Using Swiss-type CNC lathes and multi-axis turning centers, we produce threaded components with tight tolerances and excellent repeatability.

Whether you need a custom thread form, a non-standard head profile, or a fastener made from a specialty alloy, we can produce it. We work from your prints or collaborate on design to meet your assembly requirements.

Capabilities

Our screw and fastener capabilities include external and internal threading (UNC, UNF, metric, and custom), knurling, cross-drilling, slotting, shoulder turning, and head forming. We produce parts from #0 (0.060") through 1" diameter and up to 12" in length.

Materials

We turn fasteners in Stainless Steel 303, 304, and 316, Alloy Steel 4140 and 4340, Titanium, Brass, Aluminum, Copper, Monel, Inconel, and engineering plastics like PEEK and Delrin. Plating and heat treatment are available as secondary operations.

Applications

Our custom fasteners are used in medical devices, aerospace assemblies, electronics enclosures, automotive systems, and industrial equipment. When off-the-shelf fasteners don't meet your requirements — whether due to material, geometry, or tolerance — we fill that gap.
