What We Offer

Fabsector provides 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis CNC machining for parts ranging from simple brackets to complex aerospace components. Whether you need a single prototype or a production run of thousands, we machine your parts to print with tolerances as tight as ±0.001".

Every job starts with a Design for Manufacturability (DFM) review. Our engineers flag potential issues — thin walls, deep pockets, tight corners — before cutting begins, so you avoid costly revisions downstream.

Materials

We machine a wide range of metals and plastics, including Aluminum 6061 and 7075, Stainless Steel 303/304/316, Steel 4140 and 4340, Titanium Grade 2 and Grade 5, Brass, Copper, Delrin, PEEK, Nylon, Ultem, and many more. If your material isn't on our standard list, reach out — we source specialty alloys regularly.

Tolerances & Surface Finishes

Standard tolerance is ±0.005" for metals and ±0.010" for plastics. Tight tolerance work down to ±0.001" is available on request. Surface finishes include as-machined, bead blasted, anodized (Type II and Type III hard coat), powder coated, nickel plated, passivated, and more.
