What We Offer

Fabsector provides adhesive bonding and PSA assembly services for products that require precise material bonding without mechanical fasteners. From die-cut adhesive gaskets to full device assembly with structural adhesives, we handle the process end to end.

Adhesive assembly is often the right choice when you need to bond dissimilar materials, distribute stress across a joint, create waterproof or dustproof seals, or maintain a clean, fastener-free exterior.

Capabilities

Our adhesive capabilities include PSA die-cutting and kiss-cutting, structural adhesive bonding (epoxy, acrylic, urethane), tape lamination, gasket fabrication, foam bonding, and surface preparation. We work with roll goods and sheet stock from 3M, Tesa, Nitto, and other suppliers.

Materials

We work with double-sided acrylic foam tapes (VHB), transfer adhesives, silicone adhesives, rubber-based PSAs, conductive adhesives, thermal interface materials, EMI shielding tapes, and structural film adhesives. Material selection depends on your substrate, environment, and performance requirements.

Applications

Our adhesive assembly services are used in consumer electronics (display bonding, speaker gaskets), medical devices (sensor attachment, housing seals), automotive (trim bonding, vibration dampening), and industrial equipment (panel bonding, nameplate attachment).
