What We Offer

Fabsector offers industrial 3D printing across multiple technologies to match your performance, finish, and budget requirements. From quick-turn concept models to end-use production parts, we help you choose the right process and material for the job.

Technologies

FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) — Best for functional prototypes, fixtures, and jigs. Materials include ABS, PLA, PETG, Nylon, and Polycarbonate. Cost-effective for larger parts where surface finish is secondary to strength.

SLA (Stereolithography) — High-resolution resin printing for parts that need smooth surfaces and fine detail. Ideal for visual prototypes, enclosure fit-checks, and investment casting patterns.

SLS (Selective Laser Sintering) — Produces strong, functional nylon parts without support structures. Great for snap-fits, living hinges, and complex geometries that would be impossible to machine.

MJF (Multi Jet Fusion) — HP's production-grade technology for isotropic nylon parts with consistent mechanical properties. Best for mid-volume production runs where injection molding tooling isn't justified yet.

Materials

Available materials include Nylon PA12, Nylon PA11, Glass-Filled Nylon, ABS, PLA, PETG, Polycarbonate, TPU (flexible), and a range of SLA resins including standard, tough, high-temp, and dental/medical-grade options.

When to Use 3D Printing

3D printing is the right choice when you need parts fast (often 1–3 days), when your geometry is too complex for traditional machining, when you need to test multiple design iterations cheaply, or when you need bridge production before committing to injection molding tooling.
